By downloading an image file, users agree to comply with the present agreement on usage rights and accept the contractual penalties in the event of non-compliance with these conditions:

Leineweber GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter "Leineweber") is the owner of all usage rights associated with the image files displayed in the "Download" section. Leineweber has obtained the consent from the models in the photos that these image files may be used (e.g., downloaded). Image files may therefore only be used if they are downloaded from this section. For any other images, users must obtain permission from Leineweber in writing. 1. Users are hereby granted, free of charge, the right to use the image files offered explicitly for download in the "Download" section for the purpose of advertising for the brands of Leineweber (Brax, EUREX, RAPHAELA, PERMA, etc.). This right is limited and non-transferable, and granted for 12 months from the date of the download. In particular, image files may be used for email campaigns and newspaper or flyer ads, as well as for the user's own Internet presence, provided the files are used to advertise Leineweber's brands. In addition, image files may be used for press reports in connection with Leineweber's brands. The "Brax Feel Good" logo must always appear on any images files that are used.
2. In particular, the image files may NOT be used:
   • to advertise for other brands, even if Leineweber's brands are mentioned in conjunction with such brands.
   • unless they are displayed along with Leineweber's brands.
   • as images on a website or in an advertising brochure without an exclusive reference to Leineweber's brands.
   • outside of Germany, unless Leineweber has explicitly approved the use in writing (for websites, this approval must come from the head office of the user's country).
3. Only those images in the "Download" section may be used. Image files appearing elsewhere (e.g., the Brax website or online store) may not be used unless the user obtains explicit permission from Leineweber in writing.
4. Image files may not be modified in any noticeable manner. The above does not apply to image details, provided these are necessary to present information on the image. Image sizes and ratios must not be modified. Similarly, images must not be distorted. The "Brax Feel Good" logo may not be removed from downloaded images.
5. Usage rights shall automatically expire if the user is forbidden from downloading images (in such a case, the user will be informed by Leineweber in writing). Leineweber also reserves the right to revoke any previously granted rights at any time with immediate effect for the future, provided there is just cause for doing so.
6. In the event that a user violates the present terms and conditions, they shall be required to pay Leineweber a contractual penalty of 1,000 euros for each breach, and will accrue additional penalties if the breach continues. Leineweber reserves the explicit right to claim further damages, in particular subsequent fees due to photographers and models.
