BRAX Blue Planet will become a standard in 2030 by expansion of our sustainable products.

As a mid-sized, family-run company, we proactive take corporate responsibility and sustainability as an integral element of our corporate philosophy since a long time. The People, the product and the brand are the center of our economic activities as a pillar of success. We therefore naturally take active to ensure good and safe working conditions and expend to protect the environment and resources in the supply chain.

In order to identify our sustainable products featuring sustainable raw materials or environmentally friendly production procedures to our customers at a glance, we have been labeling them with the meta label Blue Planet since last year. Blue Planet stands for a wide range of recognized standards, quality seals and certifications, such as Cotton made in Africa, Organic Cotton, the SEAQUAL INITIATIVE, TENCEL™ Lyocell, ECOVERO™, EIM®-Score and the FUR FREE RETAILER PROGRAMME.

However, a product will only be labeled Blue Planet, if it’s made out of minimum 50 percent sustainable materials. If we use animal fibres, we ask for 100 percent of sustainable materials. As a part of gradual conversion to innovative procedures and materials, we contribute to conserve natural resources. We would like to expand this during the next few year. Therefore, we fixed the following goals up to 2030:
